Who we are

A small team of engineers and former buy-side analysts based in Seoul and San Francisco. We have no affiliation with SpaceX, Elon Musk, or any underwriter on the deal.

Why this exists

Pre-IPO information asymmetry is acute. Institutional desks have Bloomberg terminals; everyone else has rumors. We want every serious investor — not just the top of the book — to be able to model the deal with the same rigor.
